What we collect
We process the name, phone number, email and enquiry details you provide, including region, crops, packaging and area if supplied. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without contact details. The hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site.
Purpose
To answer enquiries, take steps you request before entering into a contract, and operate and secure the site.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies to steps you request before entering into a contract with you. Other enquiries and site security rely on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interests in answering correspondence and maintaining a secure site. Article 6(1)(c) applies where processing is required by law.
Retention
We keep correspondence until the enquiry and related follow-up are complete. We then delete data no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires retention. In that case, only necessary data is kept for the applicable statutory or limitation period. Technical data is processed according to the hosting provider’s applicable settings and terms.
Recipients
Access is limited to those handling the enquiry and communication service providers needed to reply. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes technical visit data. No data is currently sent to a form processing service. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for its processing practices.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to info@protohumix.bg; we normally respond within one month, subject to extensions allowed by GDPR. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. The site code does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
The site code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Closing the language suggestion stores only the preference ph-lang-suggest-dismissed in your browser’s localStorage. It is not sent to the server and remains until you clear the site’s browser data. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies depending on enabled settings; see Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage cookies and local data in your browser settings.
